Sportsdrink – Do it yourself

You will be able to find a ton of different sportsdrinks packed with different additives and supplements. But your body doesn’t really care about that for normal exercising. So if your doing a lot of sports, spending a lot of money on sportsdrink… Do it yourself, its very simple

The secret recipe:

1 liter of water
1.5 dl suckersweetened lemonade, with a carbohydrate amount around 40-80g pr. 100g.
1-2 pinch of salt (NaCl)

Mix it and pour it into our water bottle.

This drink will cover your need for carbohydrates and liquids over the next hour. You should drink with 15-20 min intervals so you don’t drink it all at once.
